      We spent months researching playsets. Finally choose this one. The materials are top notch with American Southern Yellow pine lumber. The set is delivered from the manufacturer by truck freight. The shipper took the individual boxes off of the shipping pallet for delivery. They delivered it into my garage! I was concerned that I did not have all the parts but a call to creative playthings verified I had all my boxes.

      Word of caution. These boxes are HEAVY! VERY HEAVY! The wood is very dense, not like cheaper playsets.

      Spend time organizing the parts INCLUDING the screws. It will really help in the assembly. Keep all boards in groups according to shipping container as the instructions say things like. Board A1 from Box 1.

      It took 5 of us 1 and a half days to get it built. Not too bad. Instructions are pretty good. But read at least twice and follow the steps.

      We are very happy with the results. It is BIG Very BIG! We knew that going in and had the area marked off, but even then we were surprised at how massive it is.

      Our grandkids are 3 and 6 and cannot get enough!

      I was looking for a USA made playset without spending $5000+. This one is great. Very sturdy and well built. Much better quality than others I've seen. Accessories are also solid and quality. The deck is larger than I expected which is great, giving the kids more space up there. It was delivered earlier than expected too. We got it up in a day but with the help of many. The wrong beam was sent, but we went ahead and used it so we could get it together. I contacted the company and they responded quickly, offering to replace it but then offering additional accessories instead since we made the beam work. Great company, great product. This playset will last!

      We just had our granddaughters swing set installed today. These guys did a great job! This would have been a three week project if I had done this myself. They were on time and had everything needed to complete the swing set. This company has paid a lot of attention to quality. Everything fit together perfectly. I would highly recommend this company and these two gentlemen to install the swing set.

      This play set is rock solid. I decided to build it all by myself (literally) over Christmas vacation. I wouldn’t do that again haha. It was a hellacious amount of work - easily 6-8 hours for 3 days straight. The number of fasteners is insane - organizing everything, labeling everything takes an inordinate amount of time. Having said all that, I researched like hell before buying this, and I am very satisfied.
